To me, the word ‘home’ means an enjoyable, happy place where you can live, laugh and relax with family and friends surrounded by warmth and comfort. Home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling! And it’s that home-from-home feeling you want to evoke when guests stay at your holiday home.
Getting the design, style, decor and atmosphere right can be tricky. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by colour combinations, decor dilemmas and design decisions and worrying about how much it’s all going to cost, you’ve come to the right place.

I’ll help you develop all the ideas I’ll be sharing with you as well as preserve and incorporate key pieces of furniture, furnishings and existing features that will enrich your guests’ holiday experience and save you money.

I offer a straightforward, transparent approach to all the design assistance and style advice I offer. My hourly rate includes travel costs and I log my hours and purchases on a shared Google spreadsheet. All receipts are logged via an Adobe Scan PDF link, which I add to my online monthly invoice. I share my ideas with you via an online Houzz Ideabook and also photographically document the project as necessary, via a shared online gallery.

Most people say they are more likely to spend time looking at a property or holiday home accompanied by a floor plan. Why? Because a floor plan is the best way to understand the entire property in a single glance. Even though photographs are the primary visual asset, floor plans give context and structure to photographs. They are the best way to gather information about the room layout, how the rooms fit in relation to each other and to understand the flow of the property.

Floor plans also highlight the location of the residence, garage, swimming pool, courtyards and other important external amenities.

I am lucky enough to work on wonderful projects and with fantastic people that enable me to do what I love and get paid for it. But I also want to help great causes through my work and give back to my local community.

In June 2021, I supported the National Garden Scheme by visiting and photographing four stunning local Teignmouth garden owners: Bay View, High Tor, Sea Vista & Yannon Terrace. This amazing organisation has donated over £60 million to nursing and health charities since 1927, thanks to the generosity of garden owners, volunteers and visitors! The primary beneficiaries include Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK and The Queen’s Nursing Institute.
